All items will be turned into your Advisory (Pilgrim Projects) teacher.  They will give you more specific due dates for each item
Due End of Quarter 1
 
Due End of Quarter 2
  • 10 Hour Supervisor Document
  • 10 Hour Journal (one page summary)
  • 5+ Hours of Community Service (if you did not complete your Junior year community service, you will need to complete 15 hours this year)
  • Community Service Forms (completed)
  • Community Service Summary (one page)
 
Due End of Quarter 3
  • 1 Letter of Recommendation (cannot be from NPHS staff)
  • 15 Hour Supervisor Document 
  • 15 Hour Journal Entry (one page)
  • Final Supervisor Document
  • Final Journal Reflection (2 pages)
  • Resume
  • Transcripts
  • Completed Senior Binder
 
April of Senior Year
  • Senior Project Presentations
Due End of First Quarter
  • Obtain/purchase white one-inch three ring binder with view windows for portfolio (should already have one from Fr/So year)
  • Parent Permission Form Completed
  • Signed Project Proposal Completed (one page only with signature line)
  • Approved Project Supervisor
  • Completed Letter of Recommendation Form
 
Due End of Second Quarter
  • One Letter of Recommendation (Letter may be from a NPHS staff member or person not related to you)
  • Research Paper Topic and Thesis Approved (in your English class)
 
Due End of Third Quarter
  • Passing Research Paper Grade Earned _____________ (both paper and graded rubric must be in the portfolio)
  • Five Hours of Community of Service (must be pre-approved)
    • If hours are not completed or approved you will be required to complete 15 hours your Senior year  
Due First Quarter
  • Type a practice project proposal
  • Create 5 questions you would ask someone in regards to being your project supervisor
 
Due Second Quarter
 
Due Third Quarter
  • Credit Transcript review and Credit Requirement Checklist
 
Due Fourth Quarter
  • 4 hours of Community Service (must be pre-approved)
  • Complete pre-registration form
Due First Quarter
  • Obtain/purchase white one-inch three ring binder with view windows for portfolio
  • Create and type three goals (social, personal, academic)
 
Due Second Quarter
  • Type three ideas for community service
 
Due Third Quarter
  • Credit Transcript review and Credit Requirement Checklist
 
Due Fourth Quarter
  • 4 hours of Community Service (must be pre-approved)
  • Complete pre-registration form
