New Plymouth High School BPA

The New Plymouth High School BPA chapter is a part of the national organization Business Professionals of America. BPA is the premier CTSO (Career and Technical Student Organization) for students pursuing careers in business management, office administration, information technology and other related career fields. It is a co-curricular organization that supports business and information technology educators by offering co-curricular exercises based on national standards. This means that what a student enrolled in the business program at NPHS is learning can be applied to BPA competitions as well as their future career. Competing provides a level of incentive for students to practice and gain knowledge about what they’re learning in and out of the classroom. Our chapter provides many opportunities for students to get involved by competing, attending the regional, state and national leadership conferences, fundraising and community service.
